Mr Atul Sharma, Genesis Burton Marsteller, Mr Pradeep Wadhwa, V.P. Corporate Immunisations, ReNew Power, Mr Vivek Atray, CEO, Ex IAS and a TED Speaker and Mr Amulya Shukla, Coach SAMBHAV were the esteemed panellists and the session was moderated by Mr. Khurana of Quick Relations.  Mr. Deepak Dhingra, President CMA gave his inaugural address and Ms. Jyoti Lahari, Secretary General, PRCAI welcomed all.

Speakers and panellist developed the session through specific pointed questions and tried to bring all the aspects of PR in the current business including artificial intelligence. The story connect, trust of clients, value to money, originality and quality were amply developed. In addition discussions moved around emotional and human touch for the PR. Perception management of customers was also highlighted.

Students of Chitkara University were involved through different stories. The session was followed by a question answer round. Around 40 CMA members, professionals of companies from Chandigarh and around and about 50 students from Chitkara University attended the event.
