Chandigarh Management Association organized an expert talk on ‘Plant & Animals: Our Management Gurus’, on March 24, 2018 at Lions Club Chandigarh. Dr. Vini Arora, Ph.D. Botany, was the speaker and she enlightened the audience onmanagement practices deployed by plants & animals.

The concepts included that of Time Management, Sustainable Team Work, Strategic Planning, Behavioural Strategy, Human Resource & Material Management and even Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

President Mr. Deepak Dhingra, shared the significance of the topic and expressed his fascination towards nature, motivating the audience to inculcate the best practices of our flora & fauna.

The session was attended by 70 CMA members and was followed by an interesting question & answer round.
