Chandigarh Management Association organized a workshop on Clifton StrengthsFinderat the Lions Club, Sector 18, Chandigarh on May 12, 2018. Mr. Narinder Ahluwalia, Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Global Pueblo Sourcing conducted the workshop.
President CMA, Mr. Deepak Dhingra in his welcome address stated that every individual is different and we all function differently based on our personalities. He stressed that it is important to know ourselves and our capacities. Our strengths are things we can leverage on, things we can use to push ourselves further.
The workshop focused at discovering what one naturally does best, learning how to develop greatest talents, using our customized results to live our best life. Mr. Narinder Ahluwalia who is a strengths coach, executive and a consultant, engaged the audience through strengths finding activities & discussions. The audience were made aware of the processes and various applications of Cliftons StrengthsFinder for individuals of all age groups and organizations of all scales.
50 CMA members attended the workshop which was followed by an interactive discussion and Question-Answer session.
