Amended Constitution of CMA

Chandigarh Management Association released the Amended Constitution in its Annual Mega Event and Networking Meet organised on the theme of Digital Technologies Transforming India on 16th June 2018. Mr. Dharam Vir, IAS, Chief Secretary Haryana (Retd.) and promoter of the NGO -Society for Promotion of Science & Technology in India (SPSTI), the Chief Guest of the occasion released the Amended Constitution with Past President & Chairman of Constitution Review Committee Mr. Gurdip Singh Deep and the following Constitution Review Committee Members nominated by the EC on May 20, 2018.

The amendments and updation proposed by the Committee comprising of three Past Presidents, three office bearers of the year 2017-18 (President, Secretary General and Treasurer) were approved by the Executive Committee in its meeting on May 31, 2018 which were finally approved by the General Body at CMA’s AGM (June 03, 2018) before its incorporation in the Constitution.
